Grandma's soy-braised chicken recipe
1 pound of chicken
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of Chinese cooking wine
2 tablespoons of vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
3 - 5 cloves of garlic, minced
1 1/4 - 1/2 inch of ginger, minced
0 - 2 cups of water
Mix everything except chicken together. Put on low heat for thirty minutes. Flip and turn over every 20 minutes until soft and juicy. Time in pot should be approximately...
