Fucking incredible menu. Looks like Texas grub done right: Dr. Pepper ribs, marrow bones with Texas toast, and fried pigs tails with jalapeno hush puppies all sound amazing, but the menu had me at the $13 plate of Grilled Veal Sweetbreads with Kale, Oyster Mushrooms, and Sweet Potato Shoestring Fries.
